Auto-Renewal & Cancellation Disclosure
Policies automatically renew annually unless canceled by the policyholder or insurer. Policyholders may cancel at any time by contacting us at support@odiepetinsurance.com. Cancellation terms, including refunds, are subject to state regulations and policy conditions.

Odie Pet Insurance partners with multiple insurance carriers. The availability of coverage varies by state.

Claims, Conditions & Waiting Periods
Claims & Reimbursement Disclosure
Reimbursement amounts are subject to policy terms, selected deductibles, co-insurance, and benefit limits. The timeframe for submitting claims varies by policy and is specified in your policy contract. Submitting a claim does not guarantee reimbursement. Please refer to your policy documents for claim filing deadlines and specific terms.
Pre-existing Condition Disclosure
Pre-existing conditions are not covered under any Odie policy. A pre-existing condition is any injury, illness, or condition that showed signs or symptoms before coverage started or during the waiting periods. Odie does not cover any condition that existed prior to the policy’s effective date.
Waiting Period Disclosure
Waiting periods apply before coverage takes effect and vary by policy, carrier, and state regulations. Waiting periods may be different for accidents, illnesses, cruciate ligament events, and optional add-ons. State laws may impact waiting periods, and they are subject to change. Please refer to your policy documents for the specific waiting periods that apply to your coverage.
